I think many of the young professionals now on this generation is giving more importance in having a family time. And that leads them to look for a job and profession that values work-life balance. Like for this survey, we can see that the gen z's are not satisfied with their work life balance. While the boomers might say they're picky and entitled, there's also a need to understand their point that they're not only doing jobs to work but also to live their lives. That includes having a family time.
