Chelsea is a weird team. They just knocked PSG in a flawless victory in UEFA Club World Cup in USA and prevented them from having all cups season then they got an epic goalless draw against Crystal Palace in the opening round of this season.
Manchester United in the other hand could do better in yesterday's match, the defeat was preventable and at least a draw would boost their weak psychology in my opinion.
Although I had high hopes for Chelsea in that match, considering their opponent was Crystal Palace, who had previously defeated Liverpool, a draw seemed quite normal. And I think this new season will see more results that deviate from our predictions. Some weaker teams might bounce back and compete strongly.
Regarding Manchester United, it's quite unfortunate that they lost that match. What's even more unfortunate is that United were the hosts. However, in that match, Manchester United showed considerable improvement in their game. Even though they ultimately lost, I don't think Manchester United fans will be too upset with Manchester United's improving play. And perhaps if the opponent wasn't Arsenal, Manchester United would have won.
