Why Talent and Hard Work Are No Longer Enough

Let me be clear: I am not here to condemn my country; I love Nigeria. But we must face the truth. If you are relying solely on hard work, your journey to success may take far longer than it should.

If you feel that those who are relying solely on hard work that thier journey to success May take far longer than it should, then what's the advice you're trying to give them? Or did you mean they should fast forward thier journey to success or look for a short cut to reach their goal? Obviously things is not getting easier but we also need to be more stronger and hard working before you can be able to achieve your goal, and don't say that those that depend on hard work will stay longer before they can be able to achieve thier goal.

Because this can make most people to feel weak and just decide to quit in the process of chasing their dreams, I was actually expecting you to strengthen them the more to keep pushing instead of trying to make them quit from thier hard working and start looking for short cut to success.
