Some parties are not calling it vote buying, but implying that it is thanks for coming. So in that scenario, it is not called vote buying. What will make such not to stop in Nigeria.
The thing is far more complicated.
Alot of people is not concerned about making a good leader, thier Major concern is just the dividend that they're getting. they don't care whoever the person is, And the reason why most people can't let go off this mentality is because they feel they're all the same. at first they will pretend as if they're going to make a good leader just to get you to vote for them. But once they scale through the process they will leave the citizens with unfulfilled promise, so this issue regarding vote is complicated. And I don't even see this vote buying or whatever stopping anytime soon, even though some person's may be attempting to stop it but there will still be a set of people who would want to stick to it.
