The best performing player amongst the new signing was Ekitike of Liverpool. Reijnders was also good and his ratings really proved how good he was in the pitch for Manchester City. I expect more in the week 2 from this two new signings.

Gyokeres short fall of expectations that was anticipated from him, he was suppose to be a striker to have much target on the goal for, but throughout the match, he didn’t perform to earn those stats needed from a striker in a match. Joao Pedro was also a player I was expecting to play well after his great performance in the club World Cup, his performance is nothing to commend on in his first week.
But we shouldn't really expect too much in the first week of the season. It's common for some players to fail to adapt quickly at the start, but they improve as the season progresses. And some results that don't meet expectations are also commonplace. Although it's a bit disappointing, some of my bets failed.

Gyokeres didn't play as well as expected. I'm curious to see if he'll improve further in the second week. However, if he fails to show better performance in the coming weeks, he'll have to be prepared for his position to be displaced. And Arteta might even start changing their starting eleven.

I predict Haaland will be the top scorer this season. What do you think? Even though it's only the beginning, I think predicting from the start is more exciting.

Some people expect new teams or players to perform well in the first week of matches, but that's perfectly normal. However, if you think about it, your explanation is absolutely correct. We certainly won't know how they'll play in Week 2. It's possible that new players will perform well in Week 2, and it's certainly true that new players need time to adapt, and so on. Gyokeres hasn't shown his brilliance yet, and Arteta will certainly shift him if he continues like this. However, I predict Gyokeres will have the potential to improve in the upcoming matches because he certainly doesn't want to disappoint the club that signed him. I think Week 2 will be a decisive match for the new players.

We don't know who the top scorer will be this season, and if you think Haaland will score a lot of goals and become the top scorer this season, there's certainly no harm in that assumption. However, I can't be sure yet. As we advance to Week 10, we'll be able to predict who will be the top scorer this season. But yes, Haaland is indeed extraordinary because he scored 2 goals and indeed he has always been the top scorer several times.
