There are gambling services being discussed in the “Gambling” section that neither accept bets in Bitcoin nor pay out winnings in Bitcoin.
You can report them to moderators. Or you can post their links on this thread instead. If reported, such thread will likely be moved to either Service Announcements (Altcoins) or Service Discussion (Altcoins). All services that remain on the gambling board have bitcoin as an option for payment.
