Thanks, yeah as I suspected, it's my internet provider issue that's why I'm getting this sort of error, not just on Razed.
So I just take a rest, reset everything and clear my browser cache and it's good to go. I hate my ISP though, I might have to switch again as I wanted to play during that time but then this kind of issues pop up, oh well.

Although there are still some improvements to be made, including the ones you experienced, Mark has confirmed that Razed 2.0 is much better and will continue to be upgraded to provide a more enjoyable, comfortable, and user friendly experience. I believe they will always prioritize user comfort.
