South African team were batting first and gave such a big target of 296 in the loss of 8 wickets and when Australia came to bat in the first few overs they were playing extra ordinary. Their required run rate was 5 and thier current run rate was above 8. Travis Head start the game peacefully as now he is not playing frequently in his form.

Till the Champions Trophy, he was in his prime form, he did not use to go with single and doubles just boundaries and boundaries. However from the other end, Mitchell Marsh is also  playing well and he is not out at 68 runs.

I posted about this before. The decision by South Africa to put the transformation targets on hold has been quite rewarding. In recent times, South Africa had around 7 whites in their playing XI, with the remaining 4 comprised of native Africans or Indians. For today's match they had 7 whites, 2 Indians and 2 Africans in their XI. If they had gone ahead with their previous target of 7 Africans in the XI, then I really doubt whether they could have achieved this much success against Australia.
