Frankly, it's not right to assume that every team participating in the Champions League has the same chances. There are strong teams like Real Madrid, Manchester City, Barcelona, Inter Milan, Napoli, Arsenal, and Liverpool. Chelsea is a slightly less powerful team, but we shouldn't forget that they also won a very good victory against Paris Saint-Germain. The Champions League isn't a single-game tournament, so a single match doesn't determine the winner or loser. The Champions League is a tough tournament where the best teams from each league are played back-to-back, and the best teams from each league are here. Competing here is a dream for every team, but winning the championship isn't even a possibility for every team. It will be a tough tournament for Chelsea; let's see how far they can go.
The difference will be quite significant, even though we know that the clubs in the UCL are generally strong in every European competition. However, there is still a screening process as a benchmark, and we know that in this situation, some clubs are slightly different in terms of resources and the individual strength of their players, so they will be favored over other clubs. Therefore, it is not surprising that in the Champions League, some clubs are always the favorites every season, as that has become the benchmark.

Although it cannot be denied that there are some clubs that always come as a surprise, their situation will only become an obstacle because surprise clubs often lack the ability to compete for the trophy. Therefore, while we do not underestimate the clubs participating in the Champions League, ultimately, aspects like competition and the race for the trophy often favor clubs with a solid track record in the Champions League.
