I don't think that these two matches are big games of the week, i mean who is Newcastle to stand Liverpool and Tottenham to withstand Manchester City? I don't really see any big match this week as am expecting all the big teams to win their respective games because their opponents are pure mediocre teams that cannot activate a strong force. For the fact that Tottenham won Burnley by 3 nil in the opening match of the season doesn't mean that they can make any efforts against Manchester City neither can Newcastle who played draw against Aston Villa make any headway against Liverpool because as a matter-of-fact Liverpool and Manchester City seems to me like the greatest title rivals of the season so none of them would like to flop in this early stages of the Premier League games.
Look very carefully again, I think he is talking about the teams involved in the features. Last season, Manchester City couldn't finish even in the second place but seeing how they dealt with wolves then you will agree with me that this come back is personal. Liverpool recently loss community shield just last month but they are also among the team that kick off with good match last week and will be battling with New castle, every team is looking for the next opportunity for easy 3 points.
For now, I don't want us to quickly judge who is going to come out best. Manchester United lost their match to Arsenal last week but who knows if they are going to do well this week. I don't know why people are already criticizing Amorim when we are just getting started with the season but I guess many fans expect Arsenal to be humiliated but if the tables are turn, they mock Arsenal all they like. I didn't even see much mocking contents from Arsenal because they don't have the time, unlike other teams.
