The most important factor to consider when starting to build a business is the target audience. You have to think of who would you want to cater to. Who are the communities that you may profit off of. Like for example if there is a school near you, you should know that students would be your target audience. You should start a business where students can buy materials from or a place they can study or even hang out around. I believe that if you studied your target audience, the first step of your business is already successful enough.
Bro this is so obvious, if we won't consider our target audience we won't make any profit because we will fail to chose a good location for us business, if we want to start a petrol pump or gas station and we chose the wrong location we won't be making any profit, because they do all the reasearch about the traffic and then they chose the location, although if they will just install the station anywhere near the main road they can make sales but they don't do that, they make full plan.
They know the villages and cities around this specific region are more, the traffic is more on this route they make their and make profit. Anyway, after finding the right audience we can be able to find the right location for our business, now sometimes there the saturation is high for the same product, so there comes marketing tactics and the ones that gives the most results is spread some deep shit rumor against your competitor and the results will be very good hahaha, this is bad marketing.
