This is true though, having live support could be the best I do not like to leave the web surface to another server in lodging complaints, sometimes it makes me feels that one could easily get into wrong hands by just trying to ask your questions in a public group rather than the original web support live chats. They can have their community active and it's also good to have people around at least sharing common feelings and having to share updates over there but not for case solving or handling issues. However, I would have to join as well maybe using my system as someone suggested before.
Having live chat is the way to go. Social media has always had problems with impersonators, especially when money is involved as is the case in online casino communities. This will continue to be a problem in the future. No matter how it's fought, scammers always find new ways to scam and trick their victims.
MetaWin has its chat on the website. Players can always ask questions there if they want feedback and help from the community. A dedicated support is something completely different and private.
Yeah I saw that, it's just like a community communication channels and I don't think someone should asked such questions over there rather than channeling the issues to the direction of the support group, although from the interface scamming rate is also minimal but I think we shouldn't share such sensitive information with the community.
While on social apps, such as Twitter, discord or any other app aren't scam free, so while communicating and reaching out to support for help we should be that mindful to those who quickly inboxes us for assistance and support, we should know that admin would never request a message first.
