Someone can be a responsible gambler if he thinks about gambling in a responsible way. Many people do not think about gambling in a responsible way but they think about it in a way that they wish to make money from it and which is what is causing risking higher amount of money on gambling and addiction. This is what I do and it helped me a lot not to put high amount of money on gambling and it helps me to have a specific budget for gambling.
