That's true. Sancho rejects Roma's offer as he still demands very high wage. Roma can only offer him 100k/weekly, which is 50k less than Chelsea's offer at the first. The weirdest thing is that the offer for him is just getting less and less.
1. He rejected Chelsea who offered him 150k weekly.
2. He rejected Juve who offered him 110k weekly.
3. He rejected Roma who offered him 90k - 100k weekly.
It seems his club must let him go as a free agent. None will sign him as a new winger if he still demands 250k - 300k weekly.

Salary has always been a problem with Sancho in almost every transfer window. I don't know how it'll sound but that dude is too greedy for demanding more than what he can offer. Aside these clubs you mentioned, Galatasary also attempt to go for him but his salary put it off. You can't be playing like a league two player and demanding for a pay equal to Messi or Ronaldo. The good thing here is that he still has a contract with Manchester United until next season and he'll continue to earn his money with or without playing. After his contract expiration, I don't think any serious team will be in interested in him even as a free agent unless he's willing to drastically reduce his pay.
