Antonio Conte has always been a stubborn man, but he was lucky last season and won the Scudetto no stress.
He should not let his love for Romelu Lukaku ruin his title race. For every team it is important to have atleast more than striker, Arsenal has suffered it , Chelsea has suffered it also in a way. The only one who playing without a striker worked for has been Pep Guardiola?s Man City. Conte and Napoli probably depends on other players aside the striker to score, hopefully it works for them again.
Yes, it's true. If he can't contain his stubbornness, I see it as very difficult for Napoli this year, even if they are a formidable team full of champions. Lukaku must at least be replaced with someone younger who can do well and have consistency.
Yes, Conte's move at Napoli is too risky, as relying on an aging striker is certainly not a good idea. It's essentially like a short-term investment that won't last. Therefore, Conte should bring in a younger striker now. While it's true that Napoli also borrowed a striker from Udinese in this season's transfer window, I don't think that's satisfactory. So, with this in mind, I think Napoli's performance will likely decline slightly next season. Moreover, according to current reports, Lukaku is suffering from a hamstring injury and is expected to return to action in mid-December.

This means Lukaku will be out of action for almost half the season. And I think this will be a serious obstacle for Napoli right now. Because, as we know, Napoli is currently overly dependent on Lukaku. So if things continue like this, their performance will certainly decline next season. But this is indeed a consequence that Napoli must accept because they are too focused on a single player, and the player is also a bit old. So now Napoli has to find a way out and I don't think it will be easy.
