I think this is what we call mouth-to-mouth marketing, which is the most effective marketing strategy. There are a lot of whales in this market, but when it comes to customer support, some of them are worse, and BC game is one of them. If you ask general questions, they reply to you. But once you are in some kind of problem and you reach them, they take a long time to reply or sometimes they don't even reply.
They take months to reply to a single email. They say this happens because of their workload. If you are making a billion dollars, it is worth spending a million dollars improving your support. Why not hire more support agents so the work load decrease for the current employees?
