There is no flag yet and not sure if a flag will even help here, the indexing of this thread is enough for us at this stage.
Also she is not the ultimate person to blame - it's the management / whoever is in charge of ChilliPartners or what she called "finance team" (being anonymous) - they are the ones unwilling to pay and causing them to be scammers. No wonder why she resigned. Although not replying to the messages is also not a great communication either.

- You have a point with the indexing part, but if a new user stumbles upon their announcement thread, there's no banner to warn them [an active type 2/3 flag (+3 support) will lead to a "red banner" on top of their threads + "this warning" on their profile].
- Whenever you decide to create one, you have my support
