Have you ever made a mistake that resulted in the total or partial loss of your crypto assets?
Personally, like many people at the time, I stored my secret key in a file on my PC... which I accidentally deleted. I lost everything.

Yeah I had a fatal crypto mistake I don't know how I got infected with a malware that swap the bitcoin address to the hacker address and while I was doing a payment I always check 2-3 letters at the end of the address Personally, like many people at the time, I stored my secret key in a file on my PC... which I accidentally deleted. they were same so I press send after 10 minutes I realized that was not the address I wanted to send the BTC to
at that time it was around 0.1 BTC which today worth a lot
from that day i double check the whole address always not only last letters, lesson learned
