I honestly wasn't aware of the "one metre away from the wall" rule, which appears to be sorta new, and having only been implemented a few years ago:

I don't like these new jackpots, they feel like pure luck to me. Give me back old ones with 20$ to join and realistic chance to take 100$ every week.

Have so many entries in the jackpot it was hard to see where was the one I just entered into.
Maybe they would like to hear about this and you can leave feedback to their support on it.
But whatever they come up with they want to improve upon the competition and provide a better player experience.
I do like the $20 entry fee to have a better chance at the $100 prize myself.
But either way, I will continue entering in to these promotions when they become available.
