Bitcoin was not here with us couple of years back but Bitcoin is here so can it survive decades like normal money?

It has been around a lot more than a "couple" of years.  And fiat money continually implodes over time, so one would say that "normal" money doesn't survive decades.  For example the dollar (and most fiat does worse) has lost half its purchasing power aka value in 30 years.  And around ~98-99% since the Fed was created.

Now if you mean "normal money" like gold or silver that lasted thousands of years without the need to have someone pretend to "guarantee" the value, that is a different question.
