Why don't you, OP, instead of wasting time creating a new account, write him a private message, or at least quote him so that he corrects his mistake? 
This part of your post made me laugh...To think about it, should I believe that Op created a new account just to ask how or where to report a spammer?
It is obviously not worth it imo
