For me, I sometimes play for hours and really enjoy the game, but there are times when my eyes start to hurt, especially when I’m watching with so much excitement. It feels like it’s not healthy anymore. What advice would you give to those who can relate to my experience?
It is correct that gambling affects a lot of excitement whether it is winning or losing. Both types whether winning or losing on gambling create excitement and it may turn into physical issues. It may affect me too much when I gamble and only for that reason do I often stop gambling. Even when I win in gambling it makes me addicted and I lose attraction of my daily offline tasks also along with my physical condition it may affect my mental condition too.

It's true that sometimes we lose control when we're too engrossed in gambling, leaving behind other activities that might be far more beneficial. In reality, this is always felt by most people if they consider gambling to fill their free time or seek entertainment. In contrast, people who gamble to make money will simply leave gambling when all their money is gone and all that's left is daydreaming and regret.
