We are going to see this Chelsea team to be something a bit worse, and we can see this to be a weird situation for the whole world. Because the team that won CWC, as in the title of the whole world, will end up being not the winners at UCL which is only Europe. In any case, we all know they won't, it is not that possible.
The fact that Chelsea won't the CWC club world cup doesn't mean that they will go on to win the UEFA champions league and if they don't win the UEFA champions league doesn't mean that they don't deserve to be the winners of the club world cup.
This are two different competitions and teams like Barcelona weren't available for the FIFA CWC club world cup so the whole of Europe weren't represented. I would have loved to see Barcelona replace the shambolic athletico Madrid in that competition.
