A lot of new gamblers sees it as a do or die affair if they don't win their games and that is why they turn out to be more addicted in gambling because they keep on chasing their losses and ends up becoming a liability/ burden to their families, now the question is must you gamble to make money?
New gamblers think it's very easy to win from the gamble at the beginning. But when he realised this isn't an easy method for making money, then it became too late. Because in the meantime he becomes addicted. He constantly gambles to recover his lost funds. As a result, he becomes addicted and becomes a burden for the family if he isn't very rich. When they become addicted, then they can't think much, so they can't realise this isn't the only way to earn money.

Are there no other means to make money or become wealthy except through gambling?
There are, even; there are a lot of ways online to earn money, but they can't focus due to gambling addiction. Even we could earn from the trading as well, but addicted gamblers can't realise.

After knowing fully that gambling wins are not guaranteed, some persons don't even win at all within a year then why having such mentality of making money through gambling, or is it that their is a certain phenomenon  attracting people to gambling that is difficult to understand aside from the entertainment aspect of gambling, because it's really funny to see most people nowadays gambling for money and not for the entertainment aspect even if we have little mindset of winning some day.
They know a gambling win isn't guaranteed, but they think perhaps they will win next time. That's how they continue to gamble and become losers. They want to try their luck again and again. Their perspective is they might win big once and will recover their loss.
