I didn't find anything related to limiting the users ability to bet nor nor anything to do with returning the deposit. Account termination is the only thing that makes sense, because obviously he is acting from a prohibited country. He shouldn't be betting in the first place!
Btw, one thing I don't like about them is when accessed the site from a restricted country it doesn't give you any kind of warnings. Used a VPN, changed the location to a restricted country, still no warnings. So I hope, in the future, they would add a message to warn users if something like that were to detect.
I didn't see anything either. They are a brand-new sportsbook, and I believe they lack a lot of things, which they will add eventually. Since they say no ban, I don't see how account termination would benefit them. This will directly contradict their statement. So they will have to find a way for their players that would benefit both the platform and the players.
As for the restrictions warning, they are not the only platform. You will find dozens of sportsbooks and casinos that don't allow players from some specific region, yet they do not show any warning. But yes, I like the idea of showing an warning if someone access the website from a restricted region.
