The researcher did perform a test on 11 password managers that are used as browser extensions.
Using browser extension, that means they can go online. People have not learned from what happened to LastPass. Online password managers can not be my last resort because I can never use any among them. If a password manager can not be used offline, that means I can not use any. But, surprisingly, I am not using any password manager, even offline once.
