I know this isn't the answer you were hoping for, but what you're asking is almost contradictory. If someone is good at sports betting, they don't need anyone to bankroll them with $1,000. If someone needs that bankroll or doesn't have enough skills, or mismanages the bankroll. The only way your hypothetical scenario is possible is for someone who is just starting out, learning, and who has achieved positive results in a short period of time. But then you won't know how much is due to skill and how much is due to luck, so your bankroll will be at high risk of loss.
True! If I have the skills and i believe in myself, i dont need a thousand of yours and make it 10,000.
I can have a hundred from my pocket and make it more thn 10K with my own skill.
But, sometimes a good sports better is at his best when betting someones money or not thinking he might lose his own dollars.
If someone will hand me a thousand on my skill now, It might go more than 10K in a very short period of time or all gone

because of my mistakes.
