Yea, that's it. We have to keep going. Deciding to take a break a day might affect the next day, and thats just it. At this point, persistence and discipline comes in and am glad you took the bold step to keep on. I believe you know  the best and perfect way to balance your feelings as you stated that occurs on Wednesdays. Try doing a check about previous happenings that might has resulted to it too if you can ascertain what really caused it. Weldon for keeping up, at least, the fitness is achieved.

I am very happy to join this challenge today as I have been finding it difficult to engage in any exercise repeatedly or daily. I can now try this pushup exercise even though I am not experienced in it. I was able to do 15 pushups today even though I feel so exhausted after doing the pushups.


Firstly, you are welcomed to the challenge. It aims at keeping us fit always as we engage in daily push ups as your strength can carry. So its not a do or die affair. We push slowly till you build up gradually and then you can increase your number of push up alongside. You can also report your daily push here for documentations on the table by Dirtykeyboard, though it's optional.

We also push up daily as motivation in keeping our minds crossed as we watch Bitcoin price in the market. We keep pushing and hoping that Bitcoin keeps rising above its present status. It's a normal thing to get weak and exhausted after push up, it's a sign that your muscles are not adapted to such work and it only need time, and it will adjust. It's cool you started small in number. Don't be in a hurry to increase it, don't even try to measure your performance to others who are hitting 120, 150, 200 or more. They once started from scratch, some even below 15. But gradually there muscles adapted and they built strength and climbed to where they are now. Once again, welcome to the challenge. All the best.
