This is one hell of a move and a fast one without delay for the Gunners after confirming the injury of their false number 9 Kai Havertz, this has made the Gunners to stay strong in the market or should I say it forced them to go back to the market to be very serious and now they won Eze from Spurs. How does this change the way the Gunners operate this season? Are we expecting to see a more deadly force from the Gunners this season after getting Eze?
I think the only reason Arsenal sign Eze is to backup in case Saka is tired or injured, because he's playing in left wing position. He's mainly an attacking midfielder, but Arteta is a coach who lack of strategy, they always play with classic 4-3-3 formation.

If Eze played as a midfield in this classic formation, I don't think he will perform.

The big change should be happen from Gyokeres, he should score many goals.

Some think the reason why Arsenal signed Eze was because they want to rob it on the face of Tottenham knowing fully well that both clubs are not the type that love to see eye to eye. For the replacement of Saka is valid but what about Madueke? I haven't gotten the idea of Arteta getting Madueke to join the club because the Gunners are having the same players using same foot and on the same position, only difference is that one doesn't know when to release the ball but for Eze is a different thing all together because he can play from both the right and left wing even on the midfield which makes him more productive to the club and I see Eze to have more contribution to the team than Madueke. His presence will definitely push Viktor Gyökeres to be up to speed as the super striker they have been waiting for and the goals you talked about will surely come.
