If you'll read the SEC Memorandum Circular No.5 ang daming kailangan which is in short amount of time hindi talaga makakapag comply itong international exchanges compare sa lokal lang. Even just in the Paragraph 2.2 na kailangang merong physical office ay talagang malabong mangyari. I don't know know if merong physical offices yang mga exchanges na yan rito sa atin pero sa pagkakaalam ko wala naman.

Given the small amount of time para makapag comply both national and international exchanges sa Memorandum Circular, it is somehow impossible na kailangan nila mag set-up ng physical office at that timeframe. In the grand scheme of things, however, I do think na these stringent requirements would benefit us in the long-run even if medyo prejudicial and hassle Ito sa atin.
di ko sure if may binigay na silang paliwanag dito(or na miss ko lang yung balita) pero curious pa rin ako kung bakit biglaan yung pag block nila ng access dun sa international exchange sites. nung sa binance nag bigay sila ng ample na oras para makapag withdraw yung mga Pinoy na may funds dun sa website before nila e block ng tuluyan yung access pero etong latest na pag block nila is biglaan lang talaga(at least as far as I know).
Parang wala nga pake, for sure hindi nila inisip yung mararamdaman ng mga tao or pilipino na nagulat nung hindi na nila maccess yung funds nila at the time of execution. Sabi nila for the benefit of the pilipinos pero yang ganyan tama ba yan. Buti na lang sigurado alam ng iba at may nagturo paano pa din iaccess ang mga yun. Pinas talaga hirap mahalin.
Did they really remove access para ma-withdraw yung funds sa mga suspended na exchanges?
If this were the case, then magiging malaking problems Ito especially the inconvenience na ginawa nila. Though I did mention na this will benefit us in the long-run, sana man lang nagbigay sila ng grace period upon doon sa effectivity ng circular para magkaroon ng time for everyone to adjust and comply.
