It could be Mercedes or Ferrari. But because of the Toto Wolff effect it is more likely to be Mercedes. Maybe one day we can watch Verstappen in Ferrari racing suit as well. Just like he was wearing it when he was a child. 
I didnt know he was wearing that as a kid, but I would like to see him driving for red team in future.Ferrari is not a bad team with Leclerc and Hamilton, but I think that Hamilton is to old for long term deal and they are going to look for new driver soon.
With big changes coming in Formula 1 for next season we could see teams transforming or new team forming.
