If you loss your private key I don't think that you can be able to find your private key when you lost it, the only way if you can recover your private key is when you document it by writing it out and save it to Somewhere that is only way that you can recover your private key but a process whereby you have misplaced your private key and don't think that it will be easier for you to recover their private key or your seed phrase 

So it is very clear that before you can have a good wallet that is hardware you must have a seed phrase or a private key that you will use to access the wallet whenever you misplace it but I don't know your objective of asking how you can recover your private key
