Your question strikes me as a little odd because you've been on the forum for a couple of months now, and it's something you could have figured out for yourself instead of waiting for someone to hand it to you on a silver platter.
That’s indeed true although, haven’t registered on the forum might not translate to being active on the users part. Perhaps this user is one of those that just registers an account and don’t find the time to be actively going over what has been posted here over time. The good part is, OP has finally decided to start a portfolio and the best that could be done for OP is a walk through the procedures and safe means to buying Bitcoin. Even then, it doesn’t make the topic less generic.
My advice to OP would always be, know how to secure your Bitcoin by keeping your seed phrases safe and private and ensure to use non custodian wallet in doing so before buying otherwise, OP could be waisting good money in the wrong places.
