Manchester City will not pay €50 million for a player who has less than one year in his contract. PSG will have to reduce the asking price if they want Gianluigi Donnarumma to leave because no club will buy a goalkeeper at such a high price.

   
This amount of money is actually possible for a player with one year left on his contract, but it's unwise to pay that much for a goalkeeper. Therefore, if Paris Saint-Germain wants to sell their goalkeeper, they have to consider the price. No team would pay him that much with his contract expiring. While he's a very important player for Manchester City, City could sign him for free after a year. I'm sure they've held discussions regarding the player. If the Italian goalkeeper wants to join Manchester City, he can stay at Paris Saint-Germain for another year.
I think €25 million should be a fair price for PSG goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma especially since his contract is close to expiration.  Paris saints Germain should lower the price if truly they want to allow goal keeper Gianluigi Donnarumma to join Manchester City before the transfer Windows closes. This price of €50 million is too high for a player with one year contract and of course Gianluigi Donnarumma will be happy to join Manchester City to explore the English premier league  and to also have the level of exposure he has been receiving in PSG. He would want to joined a club that has the tenacity of competing in the UEFA league champions league.
