This is very deep and I agree with you this is very correct, government past and present main aim is to siphon the savings and assets of their citizens, they have done this for so long and Crypto-currency is becoming a blockage to their major interest.
Every country has a label they place on it and that includes my country and yours but regardless of what they label it their major interest is too keep on having something out of everyone's savings and assets.
