Yeah, he was not a part from the main squad since CWC. It's wise for him to leave, then get a spot in the other club to play regular time. He's a talented player, and disappointed me if he wasted his talent. Some big clubs have been lined up for him. It's easy to pick in which club he will go. It most probably Newcastle or Villa.
Even if I was the coach I wouldn't even play him in my team because his not reliable especially when I have better options in front of goal. Players who can deliver when it's needed not one who will get 6 chances and can only convert one. What happens when my team doesn't create enough scoring chances in a game! Of course that will mean my team will lose that game. So I really don't blame the coach for not featuring him in the CWC.
