Long term loan of 3.45BTC, 2 years tops, payback 5BTC (as of today's price)

I think it's preferable to get your cash back in Bitcoin if you're looking to invest it till next bull market.

each month i'll pay them back in installments with your profits, and there is a very good chance i can pay it back way before 2 year term, i personally do not like debt nor loans hence i will try my absolute best to be done with the debt firsthand.

USDT or USDC or any stablecoin is preferable, rather than BTC (For my side of the deal, installments paid can be in whatever you like as long as the end term is Equivalent to 600K)
