You didn't say the most important part. That happens when you have a player from some other club (Eze) that goes to another club you already have 3 players from (Arseanl). You can play with those 4 players from that club but as soon as you transfer one of them out it is over In theory, you can play at least the whole season with 4 players of one team.
So in conclusion; you can use the 4 players from the same team through out the season as long as they're never moved? It doesn't make sense to me and it shouldn't be allowed.
