Pep should have spent more as he's far longer than Arteta as PL manager. It seems the comparison is taken based on since Arteta's arrival to the Arsenal. However, it's bad to see he spent 1b, but only get charity trophies. No doubt they can only flex their win rather than their trophies. At this point i think Arteta is fraud.
I think it's a fair comparison, Pep got the squad built by Mancini and Pellegrini, while Arteta got the squad built by Wenger. But, Arteta spent more money in transfer, not even able to be the best in Premier League. Arsenal is a definition even you have money, you will not always win, money+effort can beat money alone.
Take a good look at how UTD are in the market, do they look like a club that wants to get a striker, like are they showing interest on any striker in the market (correct me if there's any)? No, that is why I said they should consider keeping either Zirkzee or Hojlund, at least it won't be like what we saw last season when it was only Zirkzee and Hojlund or do you want Benjamin Šeško to be the only striker at UTD? Šeško needs support if not fatigue will get hold of him.
I think we will high likely see Zirkzee to stay, because I don't hear any rumor about Zirkzee, it's always Napoli is interested with Hojlund.
