So you was right because the team has answered the same thing, they chose buffer for easy management of funds if the tx gets stuck and the collector is also their own development so that's a releif side because if the core systems of a projects are made by them then it is already safe but if they are using third party, that's not good for the long term working of the platform.
You should read their reply to me they have explained the reason of why the amount is fixed, just to ease it for you, it is about the dust in the wallet that sometimes left behind because of being so small that blockchain doesn't process it, you must have the idea what it is.
The recent BTC -> XMR Dust Transaction occurred because we were testing a 0.3% Service Fee on each transaction. In this particular case, the exchanged amount was very small, and after the smart contract deducted the Service Fee (just a few satoshis), the transaction became stuck.

Temporary solution: For the first 6 months, there will be no Service Fee, which eliminates the risk of Dust Transactions for now.
Permanent solution: We will conduct in-depth research and calculations to ensure that such situations are avoided once fees are re-enabled after the initial 6 months.

And we would like to note that we don't use any third-party apps or solutions for blockchain adapters, escrow service, or the collector module, all of these are fully developed in-house.

Can you (or anyone else) create a larger test-offer between BTC and XMR? I'm currently creating one myself, if anyone wants to take it: feel free!
It would be better to publish such requests on the [BOUNTY] page, since all Beta Testers are gathered there. That way, everyone involved will see the update in one place.
But we have created BTC -> XMR and XMR -> BTC offers for you.
Please note that the amounts aren't large, as we also need testnet tokens for our internal testing.
