Anything can happen. Even a team you did not expect to win or even perform well will surprise you. That is how football works, and for that, even Chelsea can win the UCL. We should not predict too much right now; let's see how these teams perform. If they start, Chelsea is not that weak a team, you know; they are gradually getting their sway in their feet.

and that is why I am still hoping to see Chelsea at the top of the table. Furthermore, we can’t even predict the teams that will perform well or win the team that will win the UCL title right now when the season is not even yet to start. Let’s not be too fast in predictions; many clubs get prepared for the coming season. We don’t know how it will turn out to be.
You're right, but people have their own ways of predicting who's most likely to win the UCL. Some indicators used include squad depth and recent domestic league performance, but neither is enough and things could be different when it comes to the UCL.

Nothing is certain in football. I mean, teams that weren't favored from the start can still perform well and beat the favorites. We remember, PSG won their first Champions League title when many people didn't have high expectations for them at the start of the season, but in the end, PSG succeeded in winning their first title. Chelsea could also surprise, as could a few other teams.
