Everything started well for West Ham with a shocking goal from Lucas Paqueta, which I must say was beautiful although against my team. No one expected that shot, even our goalie which was unfortunate. We equalize few minutes later but conceded another goal which was disallowed thankfully as an offside.
We have been dominating after that 5 goals to 1 now, I think this is the last game for Graham Potter for West Ham.
Let’s not come to such an early conclusion yet, this is a poor start to the season as it stands now for West Ham, they will be the team that have conceded more goals in this season if the match ends with this four goals lead Chelsea has against them.
I think he will be sacked, West Ham has been a shadow of themselves especially last season under Julen Lopetegui and after Potter took charge nothing much have change and looking at the number of goals they conceded tonight and last week. While even if they may want to turn a blind eye on the number of goals they conceded tonight because they were playing against a big team, last week goals were much coming from a newly promoted team. I think he will be sack before the end of September at most but above all I see West Ham among the teams that may relegate this season for a promoted team to remain in the coming season (2026/2027).
