There are always persons trolling each casino that looks to be doing well. It is only those who are unaware of the antics that will easily choose to accept scam accusations against casinos without proof.
In the legal environment, you hear "onus probandi," which means "he who alleges must prove."
It is not proper to just accuse a casino without good proof; what is worse is to accept a bad name labelled on a casino without evidence.
Accuse a business without proof is non sense, a litte bit better acusation is with proofs that likely are enough or not enough and if it is only little proofs that are not enough to prove the user is right and the casino is wrong.
It's essential to have proofs from both sides of an accusation, the user and the casino, and if necessary, a mediator to get and assess proofs of both sides, before making judgement that which side is right and which side is wrong (scam or cheat). In some complicated cases, a third party mediator is very necessary to make an unbiase judgement and final conclusion.
And again, we can go back to the argument that when there is a new casino in town, usually you will hear accusations against them. Not just for Winna, for all other casinos that started here. But what can we do, it could be that this person has the intention to tainted the reputation of a casino before it took off or maybe some entity behind is using that person to cast doubts on new casinos. Nevertheless, as a community, we already know how to deal with this kind of accusation. And usually we ask for proof or evidence and see if it has enough weight on the case or just another troll that we should ignore.
