Why exactly aren't they paying? Can you please follow the standard to make a proper scam accusation? Just saying it verbally doesn't prove they are scamming you. We need to make sure how much you have deposited and how much has been withdrawn from your account. Also please share screenshots of your dashboard. I think it's possible since they haven't blocked your account. Since the withdrawal is still pending, not cancelled yet, it means something is wrong there.

What does 'support ignoring' mean? They must have a reply, either positive or negative. Have you tried to talk on their announcement thread regarding your issues?
