However, I must commend Osasuna for putting up a highly competitive fight against Real Madrid. They truly made it difficult for Real Madrid's players to score goals, even though Mbappe and his teammates controlled over 60% of the ball possession. Osasuna's defense was extremely tough to break through.

Yeah, Osasuna players made this match very difficult for Madrid. Madrid fans thought that Madrid would win the first match easily and start the season with a big win. But Osasuna players proved their idea wrong. Osasuna players showed us the weaknesses of Madrid's attack very well....
Those who watched the game will not say that Osasuna performed well on the field. Osasuna's defense position was better than Real Madrid's attacking line-up, as a result of which they did not see a goal despite having more possession and shooting the ball on target. The way Xabi Alonso used the players in the first match of La Liga and the way the players exchanged the ball among themselves, if Xabi Alonso does this plan in the next matches as well....
Yeah, I get what you’re saying mate. Real Madrid’s possession game looks nice on paper, but football is about goals, not just passing drills. Against Osasuna they had the ball, they had the shots, but no killer edge. That’s why people start missing the old counter-attacking Madrid — quick, sharp, ruthles.
What Madrid needs now is balance — keep possession but add that unpredictability up front. With players like Mbappé, Vinicius and Bellingham, there’s no excuse not to be more direct. If they don’t adjust soon, Barça and even Atleti could punish them in the title race.

Just my take — but Madrid needs to stop playing safe and start playing dangerous again...
