It's sad to see West Ham end up like this so early in the season.
I don't think West Ham would be so quick to sack Graham Potter just because of two poor games, but if we wait a few more games, I'm afraid West Ham will fall too far behind in points.
The best option is simply to find a replacement for Graham Potter before the situation gets even more difficult.
West Ham's main weakness in both matches was their defense and goalkeeper. We saw against Sunderland that West Ham lost 3-0. An interesting thing is that in this match Sunderland players only had 3 on target shots.
West Ham lost 5-1 in the match against Chelsea. In this match, Chelsea players had 7 on target shots. In total, Chelsea players had only 12 shots, out of which the team was able to score 5 goals. From this it can be understood that the performance of West Ham's goalkeeper in both matches was very poor.
Last season, West Ham's defense and goalkeeper's performance were also poor. And this season, as usual, their performance has been even weaker. I don't want to blame Graham Potter alone. West Ham management should have looked for a new goalkeeper and strengthened the defense lineup.
