For me, I sometimes play for hours and really enjoy the game, but there are times when my eyes start to hurt, especially when I’m watching with so much excitement. It feels like it’s not healthy anymore. What advice would you give to those who can relate to my experience?
Well, of course it's not healthy to just stare at a screen for a long amount of time without having a break.
Most people advice to look at other things, that are far away and close, basically different distances, at least for a few minutes every hour.
That will keep your eyes well trained and minimize any kind of issues you might find.
