I'm not sure about this one but it seems that means you played 71 hands of poker on which the house can collect those rakes.
Its like a commission will be taken on the pot.
Though I'm not an expert of poker but that's what I know. But if there's other people could explain it well then they are welcome to comment so that everyone of us here would get a good clarification towards your question.
