I dont have account at Starbets and I never used this casino.
I find it interesting to see that most issues customers have with casinos are when they request withdrawals.
Maybe problem is with their poor customer support, I have seen this happening many times with casinos.
But I think they will resolve that too, because if they really have bad intentions, why would they give such updates if they are not serious about the previous issues, right?
Although, I also cannot deny that there are other casinos that if the intention or plan was bad from the beginning, there would be no such announcement.
That is not what starbets did, let's give them time to fix the issues they had with other users who were here a few months ago. Even if their support was poor, they should improve it immediately so that they don't completely ruin their players.

I'm now waiting for a BTC withdrawal for 12 weeks. Support is unresponsive or do a copy/paste response with no ETA. Tried the Telegram chat but was blocked for asking when it would be processed too many times. Their 'VIP manager' said to DM him but stopped replying & won't confirm it will be processed or when.
The BTC pool is now up to enough to pay out but I don't think they will. Can't get any response from them - untransparent & very unprofessional. Basically witholding player funds indefinitely without explanation or ETA. Are there other players still waiting & are they going to pay older withdrawals?
