I support this bill, I am not sure it will affect the existing gambling laws but they concentrate the game of skill aka fantasy sport games like Dream 11, because they are successfully evading state's laws saying this is not a game of luck but a game of skill.
Dream 11 is still available in playstore but Rummy and poker app might be affected severly.
BCCI needs a new sponsor, though.

The affected apps like Dream11 and RummyCircle have already made announcements on this bill.
They have removed the real money option and are continuing the games without money involved.
This will obviously affect their userbase and could potentially decrease it.
